Todo lo que necesita saber para recibir tratamiento en el Centro de Aféresis

After contacting the Apheresis Center Team – here is a short description of the process:

1) Consulta y pruebas gratuitas

You will receive a free consultation (our co-founder Markus Klotz will share with you his and our medical team’s full knowledge of how he recovered from Long Covid and how hundreds of our clinic’s patients have recovered since) and you will then be able to take free diagnostic tests online that will indicate if further investigation of your symptoms for treatment is appropriate (Microclots Test and MCAS Test). If you decide to attend our clinic, the process continues seamlessly:

2) Asistencia de Health Coach

You will be contacted by our Health Coach Tanja Walser, who will guide you through your entire recovery journey from A to Z, making sure that every bit of it is optimised and effortless – full support from someone who knows and has been there – a recovered expert patient and Health Coach at your side all the time! 

3) Apoyo a los viajes

You will be contacted by our Travel Support Cyprus team who will book your fully supported trip, accommodation and have a local support network in place for you from transport, assistance to cooking and nanny services etc – and yes, they know exactly what you need because – yes, you guessed it – they have been in your shoes before, just like Tanja! 

4) Supervisión de la nutrición clínica

You will receive full clinical nutritional supervision from day one by our Clinical Nutritionist Chryso Zorbas, even before you arrive at the clinic – because any food you put into your body is essentially information – getting this part and the supplements right is a huge bonus to your treatment outcome, especially as she is also our Clinical Director and directly involved with our medical team! 

5) Tratamiento en la clínica

You will receive individualised, symptom-based and data/diagnostic-supported treatment for your condition according to our Combination Therapy ‘The Cyprus Protocol’, which is adjusted weekly using patient surveys and background data analysis, and soon to be enhanced with 24-hour health data tracking. You have access to more treatments in one place than anywhere else in the world, at accessible prices. Some of these are unique to our clinic (H.E.L.P. with Partial Plasma Exchange). 

6) Fase posterior al tratamiento

You will receive post-treatment medication protocols (antiviral/anticoagulant and/or immune-related) and Early Treatment Packages (in case of re-infection to prevent symptoms returning), and while our Health Coach Tanja is always on your side, she will also make sure that you get the perfect post-treatment and don’t fall into the trap of over-exertion which could cause you to lose some of the treatment results if not avoided in time or properly managed if already happened.
